I am a local to the great city of Atlanta. I have grown up around music, art, and community my whole life. Music has always been a big part of my life, so when coming into photography it was an easy choice to start working with local bands and artists. My Granddad probably has the most influence on me as I was growing into the photography world. He spent a lot of his spare time crafting the skill and it showed in the work he produced which I spent hours admiring.
After saving up for my first camera, I headed out on a Mission trip to Mexico to work with impoverished communities. Not only did the experience change my perspective on many things, but Christ pointed me in what direction to take photography. It has been nonstop ever since.
Recently, I finished my Commercial Photography Program at GTC, with having the honor of graduating at the top of my class winning Best Portfolio. I interned with Climie & Co Photographers and am now currently an Associate. I aspire to be an Editorial Photographer, both for the Music Industry and Missions Organizations. Community is very important to me, local, national, and international, so using my skills as a photographer to bring people together all over the world is vital to me. I am young, only 21, and have so much to learn, about both life and photography, but I have been blessed with an amazing and supportive family, friends, mentors, teachers, and Grace to see me through it all. |
